Description
A university used the Certified Quality Reader to monitor fish health at a rainbow trout flow-through raceway based farm.
The farm used the CQR to track proximate composition, including fat, water and health of the fish over a 12 month time frame. Using the CQR versus killing fish to send to the lab produced significant savings and saved fish which are otherwise lost.
